We are currently receiving a large number of spam messages on certain feedback topics. Because of this, you may be required to use strong identification to provide feedback.

Did you know that you can create a username for our feedback system? When logged in, you can see all the feedback you have sent and the related responses. If you want, you can comment on the responses. You can create a username on the feedback service homepage, under ‘Log in’. If necessary, Espoo Info will help you create a username: Chat and telephone services | City of Espoo Logging in is not required and you can still give anonymous feedback if you want. If you choose not to log in, you will receive our response by email. Please note that you cannot comment on these responses.
