Changes to feedback service’s automatic reply (16.10.2023 00:00)
The email address of our feedback service’s automatic reply has been changed to noreply@espoo.fi. The automatic reply states that you cannot respond to the message by email. Some customers attempted to respond to our previous automatic reply, but those messages did not come through and could not be processed. The new email sends the customer a message stating that their message has been rejected. You can continue to communicate about your feedback by registering as a user of the service and logging in. You can also submit a new feedback message on the same issue and include the number of the previous feedback message.
