City of Espoo feedback service
Through the feedback service, you can report observations on the city environment or submit development ideas related to city services. We mainly process feedback from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 16:00. Do not include sensitive information in your message, such as identity codes or bank account numbers. In urgent matters, please contact customer service directly.
On the feedback service homepage, select a feedback topic and specify it further by choosing suitable options from the dropdown menus in the feedback form. If your feedback concerns a specific location in Espoo, you should give the exact address by marking it on the map or writing the address in the feedback form. This will expedite the processing of your matter.
You can also attach documents and images to your feedback. If you want us to respond to your feedback, leave us your contact information. We aim to respond to feedback messages within five working days. If necessary, we will ask you for additional information regarding your feedback.
The feedback form allows you to choose whether we can publish your feedback. We do not publish feedback that contains sensitive information. The publication decision is made by the feedback processor.
Username for feedback service
By creating a username and logging into the feedback service, you can browse the feedback you have sent and the related responses. If you want, you can comment on the responses. If you are logged in when giving feedback, our customer service staff can ask you for additional information in order to respond in more detail.
However, you can also give feedback without a username. If you give feedback without logging in, you will get a message from a no-reply address to which you cannot reply.

Feedback concerning laboratory, X-ray or other imaging services: HUS.

A written opinion or objection concerning a detailed or master plan must be submitted to the Registry Office during the plan’s public review period..
Feedback concerning the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (e.g. ring roads and Länsiväylä).
Feedback concerning parking fines.
Feedback on all libraries in the capital region and the Helmet.fi website (Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen and Vantaa) can be sent through the Helmet online service.
Feedback concerning Espoo Catering Oy (e.g. catering at schools and day care centres).
